wristshot: Jaeger-LeCoultre Geophysic E168

Maybe one of the greatest vintage references there is, the Geophysic E168. From the 1958 Jubilee collection, it combines antimagnetic with chronometer features, but most of all, some simple elegance. The Geophysic E168 can be a sporty watch in steel and a fine dress watch in gold. This is the yellow gold with the 12/6 dial, a late production most likely early 60s just when Radium was banned in Swiss watch manufacturing, delivering it “naked” without any lume. The lack of lume has preserved the dial like it was on its first day.
