Today I have been able to try on the new 38 mm Laureato in Olive Green at Wempe Stuttgart. It was fresh in the shop, not even yet on display. They did not have a blue one, but the olive green version.
And what can I say….I’m absolutely taken by this Laureato. Now the 38mm size really makes sense to me and the olive green dial is really special. At most angles it appears grey with that subtle green hue. Also the gold-coloured seconds hand and GP logo you hardly notice as gold. I really like it and I have to make that a target for my collection.
